The number that matters is the gap
Deserved attention, minus the attention a topic already has.

Right attention is proportional attention. A topic earns time from three scores, each running from 0 to 5.
Consequence asks how far a real decision moves if the claim is true. Confidence asks how sure a careful reader should be this week. Use asks whether a specific person can do something different on Monday.
Deserved attention is the average of those three, rounded. Received attention is how loud the topic already is. The piece is the gap between them.
A positive gap is the main job: something true enough, useful enough, and under-attended. A negative gap is a short correction and a redirect. Both low, and the post does not ship.
